Jeg fikk i oppgave å skrive en stil fra da vi var i London i høst! Jeg skulle skrive den til dagboken min!
Dear Diary!
1st day in London!
Today we were sightseeing! We were visiting Trafalgar Square, and that was real fun! We were looking at the two big fountains and in that moment I saw a dwarf. The funny thing is that I saw the exact same guy last time I was in London. That time we were in the outside of London at two shopping centres, that was were we saw the tiny little guy setting up some stereo stuff to entertain people.
Belinda and me were getting crazy when we saw him. It wasn't just us who found him fascinating, Mia got a picture of them hugging. It was a kind of cool cause she was twice as high as him.
Later we went to the beautiful Big Ben! That was a special experience, cause it was not like in the books, seriously it was HUGE! I never thought it was that big! Now I understand why they call it Big Ben.
We also went trough the royal garden outside the Buckingham Palace. Not that exciting, but it was okay! We took the tube to the Eye. The Eye took about half an hour and that was boring cause I didn't have any pictures left...
Next to the Eye there was something called Jump zone. You get on a trampoline, you have a rope around your stomach and you get thrown up and down. You could do flips if you want too and it's real fun.
After all the fun I, Svein R, Abdul and Linn took a tourist boat at the river Thames. The river was dirty but we saw a lot nice buildings.
Now its time to go to bed, night night!
2nd day in London!
Today it was our second day in London! Today we could choose more of what we wanted to do than yesterday. I actually weren't that keen to visit Madame Tussaud´s but I did it after all. I went with Linn but as you know, blondes can't do anything.. We got lost! We just couldn't find the main room!
Guess who got teased afterwards.the blondes off cause!!! But anyway we met the other from our group and the told us about all the fun they had been to and we just "what, were?" Then they showed us the way to the basement. In the basement there were a spooky thing. There were real people coming after you, I have never been than scared in my whole life before.
At night we went to see "Fame", which was real good. It is a musical about young teenagers who is going to a drama, singing and dancing school.
Everybody wants to be famous and someone just couldn't wait. They certainly could dance and you almost couldn't sit still.
They liked to show off and truly, they were awesome. When a real popular girl died under an oddison it was real sad. Many other from my class were about to cry. It was a lot better than I expected I suppose, the atmosphere was just.. a real new experience to me. We were sitting in the top of the room and had a good view. There was a black boy, who many, includes me found real cute.
When the musical was over and we where taking the tube back, Debby didn't get time to get of the train. We all wondered where she was and were very worried. I actually don't know how, but she came back together with my dad and the other adults. Then we went back to the hotel and right know I'm looking at TV ready to go to bed. Talk to you later, alligator!
3rd day in London!
Hello dear! Today it was the shopping day. I had tried to save my money for this day and we started the day by walking down Oxford Street from the Marble Arch.
I found a lot of cool stores and it is incredible how many souvenir shops there were. You could be walking down the Street for three minutes and then you would find a new one. I found a really nice sport selling shop were I bought a couple of shoes that costs over twice the price in Norway.
While walking down the Street we couldn't possible miss a store that had silver stairs. It is like the shop you can't miss, you just have to go in to it.
I was not disappointed, I was about to go crazy in there but I managed.
After the extreme trip into the shop with the silver stairs we were walking a really boring way into a tube station. I was hungry, haven't eaten since breakfast. My legs were hurting and I was really irritated then.
In dinnertime we were back at the hotel. Regretting all the stupid stuff we bought. We were eating dinner at the hotel and we got served chicken, chips and peaces. The dinner was okay and at the evening I wanted to go back shopping.
We dumped into a store called Expensive. But they were having sale so it wasn't that expensive after all. I bought two jeans and in all the confusing I took the wrong jean out of the fitting room. Ooops.. That wasn't that fun..
I bought it you see.Well, later we decided to take the bus to see the Big Ben in nighttime. That was beautiful. We stood there watching when the clock strokes ten. We got home and then it was straight to bed.. Yeh , right that was a good one. We tricked all the night guards and people were sneaking into our room. We had real fun and we didn't hurt anyone!! Tomorrow we would take a tour into Hide Park before we travel back home. I had a really good time here and I wont forget it!
